Does the host organisation buy the machine?
No. CRAVE HUB supplies, installs, stocks and services the vending machine. The commercial arrangement for each site is confirmed in a written site proposal.
What does it cost the host site?
Nothing to buy and no stock to manage. CRAVE HUB invests in the machine, the stock and the ongoing servicing, while your venue gains an added convenience for its customers. Commercial terms for each site are discussed during the site assessment.
What products will be stocked?
The range may include snacks, cold drinks, water, breakfast bars, instant oats, quick meals, energy drinks, sports drinks, chocolates, nuts and protein bars. The mix is tailored to the location and refined using actual sales.
Are the machines cashless?
By default, yes. Customers pay by card, tap or QR code. Cash payment options can be added on request for sites that need them.
How often are machines restocked?
Restocking is planned around actual sales. The machines report stock and sales remotely, so we replenish based on demand rather than a fixed schedule.
What happens if a product does not dispense?
Selected machines use delivery sensors to detect dispensing issues. Support contact details are provided at installation and on the machine.
How much space and power does a machine need?
Our combo machines are 723mm or 888mm wide, 840mm deep and 1830mm high, and run from a standard 220–240V plug point.
What makes a site suitable?
Consistent daily foot traffic, secure access, a suitable plug point, enough floor space and limited nearby refreshment options are the main considerations. We assess every site before placement.
Do you sell everyday groceries?
No. The focus is on convenient snacks, beverages, breakfast options and shelf-stable quick meals, not a full grocery range.

Yes. A single machine can be configured with a combined range of vapes and cigarettes.
Does the venue need to manage stock?
No. CRAVE HUB manages stock monitoring and planned replenishment as part of the managed service.
Is the product range fixed?
No. Product selection is tailored according to the venue profile, customer preferences, availability and demand.
